About Me

The Jacknife Beat (Joe Mazzari band) is based in NH and signed to the indie lable Rock & Roll Scene Records in NY,NY. For a brief history , Joe played in such notable Boston bands as The Daughters and Two Saints as well as London Englands Pussy Crush. He also toured with the legendary Johnny Thunders (New York Dolls) as well as playing on Thunders great album "In Cold Blood".After toiling with many line-ups, finally the vision became reality. With Carl Howard ( former Blanket Party and Whiskey River Band) on drums , and Joe reunites with Bill Doherty from The Daughters on bass.Catch the band at regular stops in NYC , Boston , Portland , Providence and all points in between.

New album is finally done!

Well the new album "Long Live the King" went out for duplication the other day and should be available in stores and at shows within a couple of weeks.! Some tracks are already receiving radio airplay...
