Jessica is currently a resident teacher at the Academy of Classical Ballet. Jessica teaches ballet class to all level students. If you have never taken ballet before, or have been dancing all your life; Jessica will provide a class to suit your needs! Jessica's Students love her hands on training, constructive feedback, and her curriculem which challenges their technique to build strength, improve musicality, and increase stamina.
Jessica has studied dance padagogy under the direction of Carla Parks, the Artistic Director of the Academy of Classical Ballet, and continues Carla's belief in stressing proper placement, allowing dancer's to turn out to their maximum ability so as not to force the hips which could cause injury. Jessica also has a knowledge in anatomy, which is so important in ballet training. Knowledge of how muscles, joints, and bones work is imperative to avoid dance injuries.
PRIVATE LESSONS

Along with group classes, Jessica also teaches Private lessons. Adult students who have never taken ballet before, love the opportunity to work one on one so they do not have to feel intimidated by dancers with more experience. Furthermore, aspiring dancers and students love the option of private lessons to further improve technique, since group classes sometimes restrict the attention a dancer needs.
Private lessons are $50/hour (a $15 space rental fee is included in this price).
