I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I dig movies, music, Southern literature, speedboating, cats, old-people-type cars (such as my 1990 Buick Century), and cashews.
Be sure to check out the MySpace sites for my bands The Awkward Sounds of Scott & Skizz and The Tralalas! (You can link to them through my Top Friends.)
Other musical outfits which include me: the Bowlermen (faux psychedelia); the Tijuana Bibles (19th-century folk); the Anomoanon (I'm an adjunct member); Marty's Card and Party Mart; and soon, The Keebler Elves (60s-70s-styled bubblegum).
"I like your Christ; I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ." - Mohandas K. Gandhi

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'm tired of Republicans AND Democrats (the former are heartless, the latter are spineless), so I'd prefer to talk to people who don't fall into EITHER of those camps. Oh, and anyone who knows more about the O.T.O. than I do (which isn't saying much). Also, if you can prove that you share (and are conversant with) all of the abovementioned interests, I'll buy you a bus ticket to Baltimore. (Not a round trip, though.)

Yes, it turns out there's a Dutch band called The Tralalas. Well, actually they're called The Tralala's (with an apostrophe; most people seem to think we had one as well). Their website is www.th...
