Meet Aya:
Aya is a 16 year old girl. A normal 16 year old girl, or at least she was. She loves Karoake, teasing her brother, hanging out with friends, shopping at the mall, and anything else a normal teenager would like. On the night of her 16th birthday she was taken with her twin, Aki, to have dinner at their grandfathers house. Surprisingly her whole family showed up, aunts, uncles people they hadn't seen in years. Of course Aki was a bit suspicious but Aya was just excited to have a birthday party.
That night something odd happened. A box was brought to the twins sat in front of them and when they opened it Aki seemed to be attacked by some unseen force and Aya was entranced at first by the mumified hand in the box. It was found out that the family came from a long line of Mikage's and they were the ancestors of a Tennyo (heavenly maiden) and that there was a dark past and the Tennyo was going to be born in a girl of the Mikage's. With the box it was shown that Aya would prove to have these powers and her grandfather moved to have her killed. In the end the only one to really survive that was the grandfather, Aya and Aki leaving Aya completely confused and her father dead. It also opened up a long journey ahead full of confusion for Aya.
Aya's Abilities: Some healing, can levitate when falling, changes to Ceres when attacked.
Meet Ceres:
Once upon a time there was a lake. In this lake angels from the heavens would come down to bathe leaving their hagoromo's (heavenly robes) laying on the beach in the trees while they bathed. During one of these occasions a young man came across the lake and seeing the lovely women bathing and stole one of the hagoromo's. Without the hagoromo a tennyo is unable to return to the heavens so one of the maidens searched and searched till she heard something about a young man finding the women in the lake. She went to him and asked him if he had taken her hagoromo. He agreed to return it to her if she would marry him and bear him children. As it would turn out the maiden would come to love the man and in her love for him she would offer her mark and give him the powers of the heavens to protect him and his family. The man, with power, grew greedy and seethed with jealousy. He locked the tennyo away from the world and even killed one of their children. The tennyo ran and hid the rest of them before facing down the first Mikage and in the end she was killed and the man was mummified. On her death the tennyo swore to return and take revenge on the Mikage family until her Hagoromo was returned.
Present day, Tennyo Ceres manifests in Aya. Her past was lost in confusion and the Mikage's tried generation after generation to keep her from surfacing. Ceres is extremely powerful and volatile expecially upon the sight of Aki Mikage, who holds the reincarnation of Shiso Mikage, the original Mikage. She tries multiple times to kill him but he is still protected by the mark she left on him. During this time Kagami Mikage makes it his duty to try to capture Ceres and clone her in hopes to better humanity. Of course none of the clones ever last or reach the power that Ceres contains. With help of Yuuhi and Touya, they rush to help Ceres find her hagoromo to return to the heavens before she can destroy the Mikage family and all of Japan.
Ceres' Abilities: Stronger healing then Aya (Cannot heal the undead), control over lightning, air, water, and her own energy. She has extra strength and can fly even carrying others. With the use of her hagoromo Ceres is unstopable, but at the moment she doesn't have the hagoromo. She also has the ability to place her mark upon someone and from that time they are safe from a celestial creatures powers. They have limited use of her abilities. She won't be placing this mark on anyone though.
