Contradictions.

We have been accused of arrogance, self-aggrandizement, pomposity and general unpleasantness. We are guilty of all these sins and more. However, we do not seek solace in penance but rather continue to hold an unwavering belief in the redemptive powers of art. A belief that one day our creative powers will reach an apex and accusations of self importance will be set aside and replaced with admiration for art in it's purest form. Forward thinking, innovative, vital. Art is the only resistance we have left but is paradoxically the last refuge of the coward. So it is left to us artists - cowering behind our instruments, our words, our beautiful creations - to take a stand and oppose what we know to be wrong. Art has changed the world before and it may do so again. So to the students, the workers, the intelligentsia, the disgruntled, trampled upon underclasses we ask no more than your support in our efforts. You are our target market and our art is a gift we have given to you - inspiration in return for inspiration.Keep the faith.
