About Me
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, I now live in Southern California with my husband, Tim Davis and our 2 children, Christian and Summer. I am a happy, grateful and busy "stay at home mom".
On occasion, I am able to sing concerts with the Heritage Singers, a gospel group I began singing with in 1994. Since that time, those people comprising this group have become "treasured family". I love singing with Heritage and continue to record yearly CD's with them, but have had to cut back on consistent weekend concerts with the growth of family and responsibilities as mom!
Most weeks you will find me homeschooling our son, attending to the busy schedule of "Little League" and "Fall Ball" baseball, keeping up with a preschooler, grocery shopping, running errands, cleaning, laundry........ not too glamourous, (nor any different from all the other hard working moms out there) but fulfilling none the less, as I have been blessed with the life I have desired. Preferring a more singularly focused lifestyle, I have chosen to be full time at home with my kids, whom I love fiercely. I am so thankful for the privilege to do so.
I have a fabulously attentive and loving husband, who lives his own life in service to me, our children and others. It is very easy to love and cherish that kind of man. God has blessed him with a career he loves (the most amazing singer!) and continues to give him the desires of his heart. I have supportive parents and close friends that I adore.
For fun I love to spend time with girlfriends or go on dates with my husband. I love movies and shopping and spa days. I enjoy decorating and entertaining/party planning.
I like to travel and have a newer found love for European world history. I love to read historical fiction novels, especially ones focused around the English monarchy. And then of course there are my beloved reality shows... mostly the competitive ones that center around the creative talents. Project Runway, Top Chef, Sheer Genius, and America's Next Top Model are some of my favorites..... and yes, modeling is a talent!
Getting back to things of importance..... I love the Lord and am grateful to have the creator of the universe be the lover of my soul, give my life meaning and purpose, and be the strength and hope and comfort through any circumstance of life. I desire to be a reflection of His love.
