My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Do you remember when they used to have that fake show on Sesame Street called "This is Your Life"? One of the regular characters would be featured--say, Grover--and they would have him on the stage and he wouldn't know why he was there.

Then this voice would come on over the speakers and would tell him someting like, "I used to give you lemonade at the county fair...blah, blah, blah" and Grover would have to guess who it was. Grover would hem and haw, "No...it couldn't be, there's no way!" Finally he would say, "Is it Miss Friar, my elementary school teacher?" And then Miss Friar would come out and everyone would clap wildly and confetti would fall from the ceiling and happy congratulatory music would play. Grover and Miss Friar would jump up and down and around like total idiots because they haven't seen eachother in forever...

The point of this little vignette is that I'd like to meet those people in my life who I've lost track of and haven't seen in forever. Because where ever you are and whatever you're doing, believe me I haven't forgotten you...And maybe one day I'll see you again on my very own "This Is Your Life" series!!!
