To produce our Tequila with 100% Agave Azul (Tequila Weber Type), using the traditional 300 year-verbally transmitted production method. The process above mentioned includes: -Selecting and using only the best Agaves, in a process called "denomination of origin" area. - A slow Agave boiling process (72 hrs) which takes place by rubble working and using a steam engine. - Agave's extract fermentation done using a natural process. - Stills are used for a double-distillation process. - White oak tree barrels (containers) are used to extend its maturation (aging process). - In addition to the quality of our Tequila, every step in our production operations and product process are carefully controlled by a very-well documented Quality System. -This allows us to give our customers the pleasure of tasting a 100% natural and 100% great Tequila with a unique taste and quality.
