Being bored in Jackson's room with Yingthi Piling...knowing not what other to do then to try and create music. After some tried, we became used to the feeling...and so Capitol Noise was created, first off with an instrumental project called "Scent Panel" coming soon. This project is the start of it all, as future plans emerge in our heads to use more and more later ..wards. Message me if you want a copy of the album "Scent Panel".
