I am here for Dating, Friends and Networking

About Me

Namaste', Greetings & Salutations
fellow earth citizens. Peace & Joy to you. Welcome!
About Me?
I'll start with what I like to do for fun,
and then on to more significant subjects.
I saved the really good stuff for last.
Firstly, I LOVE to dance.
Ballroom, Salsa, Swing, etc.
I Bellydance and do sword tricks,
and I can even spin swords with my feet!
(Kids, don't try this at home!)
I love Pirate & Renaissance Fairs, Carnivale',
and any other good excuse to go incognito.
I love to create elaborate masks and costumes
for dance, masquerade parties, and masked balls;
and have done so for theater and television.
I love to study other cultures and yearn to travel more.
Thoroughly exploring the Caribbean islands,
the ancient ruins of South America especially Machu Picchu,
New Zealand's Milford and Routeburn Tracks,
China, Italy, Spain, France, Morocco, Egypt, and Bali
are all on my "bucket" list.
I enjoy a wide variety of ethnic foods,
the hotter, the better.
I also love a great wine, and am currently
enamored with a 1996 German Riesling Spätlese.
Other loves; an ice cold Reyka vodka Martini,
and Kilbeggan 15 year aged, single cask,
single malt, Irish whiskey - neat.
Not in the same night and nothing in excess.
Moderation is my mantra.

I love dark coffee, dark chocolate,
and dark stormy nights.
On the lighter side, I love marshmallow fluff,
big white fluffy clouds and tropical breezes.
My idea of a relaxing afternoon is
lounging in a hammock, reading
a historically set adventure - romance novel.
Of course, I prefer to live the adventure!
When I want to paint the town red...
Grab a fella or some friends
and it's off to have a delightful dinner,
a good Indian curry perhaps,
followed by theater, poetry slam,
gallery exhibit, or a musical performance
and then DANCING!
End with a spirited game of Pente',
an excellent Cognac, some lighthearted banter,
possibly a bout of Indian leg wrestling,
you have the perfect evening.
When I've had my fill of "silly",  I prefer
solitude, silence and a stack of well worn books.
Antediluvian Religions, Dead Languages,
Egyptology, Hieroglyphs, Sacred Geometry,
and Quantum Physics are what I read for fun.
I have great affinity for all things archaic,
and feel quite at home in museums.
"Solve Et Coagula"
I am an amateur herbal alchemist
and love to make organic health & beauty
products from ancient recipes.
I am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer
and use Jungian Archetypical theories
in conjunction with the Inner Guide Meditation.
This time around... I'm a laid back, patient,
Apache - Viking – Scorpio
(...I know... it's a paradox and conundrum...)
on a much needed Libra cusp.
I seek to find a peaceful harmony in life.
I calmly weigh and balance
the consequences of any adverse situation
before deciding if it is worth my effort
to effectively and gracefully demonstrate
the effects of force & gravity upon your posterior.
...should it be deemed appropriate.
It rarely is.  After all...
we are all just reflections of each other
and are only shadow dancing.
My favorite axiom:
"As is within, so is without.
As is above, so is below,
so that the miracle of the one
may be expressed."
Here are a few of the Actors, Comedians, Authors and Musicians whom I have done makeup on for FOX Television.
I have been the Makeup and Costume Director for many Theater, Film, Commercial, and Runway productions. In recent years,
I have been a National Makeup Artist for
Elizabeth Arden Red Door events, as well.
"Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can." -- Danny Kaye

“Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt,
and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen.”
Leonardo da Vinci

As a hobby I paint murals, freehand weave, design jewelry, and sculpt some. I am trying to find the time to finish writing and illustrating a children's book of poetry which I've been working on for a while now. Here are just a few of my projects.
"All of the animals except for man know that the principle business of life is to enjoy it."-- Samuel Butler

“Pleasure is the object, duty and the goal of all rational creatures.” ~ Voltaire
“For women the best aphrodisiacs are words. The G-spot is in the ears. He who looks for it below there is wasting his time.” ~Isabel Allende
And how about a few of my favorite hotties! Just to spice up life!
Hmmm... I wonder what Freud would have said
about my proclivity to play with swords,
and fondness for men who
play with swords too?
Maybe...
"Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar."
Sigmund Freud
