The twenty-something fashion maven specializes in designing fabulous crochet pieces of all kinds which includes bikinis, two-tier mini skirts, pants suits, ponchos, dresses, sweaters, hair accessories, and earrings out of crochet.Ladies, this is not your grandma's crochet. Ms. Angela creates sexy, wearable fashions for today's woman.“My mom taught me how to crochet as a way to stop me from sucking my thumb,” says Stacey Angela. Ms. Angela, who began crocheting scarves with her mother, combined her love of fashion with her passion for crocheting. Stacey Angela, the eldest of one sibling, resides in Montclair, New Jersey. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Ramapo College, located in New Jersey. “My parents urged me to attend college. They felt it was important for me to have something to fall back on,” added Stacey.Stacey Angela's fashions have been seen on R&B singer Angie Stone and the London based R&B duo Floetry. She worked as a stylist on the independent film “I Will” by Donovan Lambert and styled actors for the stage play, “Getting Under Our Own Skin”directed by Tracey Moore-Marable and written by Chrishaunda Lee.
