HUM. Toni Duque was born in Barcelona in 1974. As a kid, he already enjoyed music thanks to his parents who were music lovers and listened to very good tracks. Toni discovered he wanted to be a musician. He began to play the guitar at 11 years old, and at 14, in 1989, he played the bass in rock bands, metal, gothic. Experimenting with several instruments, keyboards, drum kit, synths, rhythm machines, etc. He began to record his demos and to perform live.
Toni studied to get qualified as a music teacher in the Conservatory of Liceo (BCN) and later studied a course on musical production. In 1995 he founded an electronic music band (trance, techno, ambient, DnB) fusing music with perfomances, also he organized parties and raves. Later, he was working in different projects, producing for bands and djs, with dance and theater companies.
Currently, he works as a music teacher and producer, with his project HUM, and collaborating with other artists.
