Well as we head into 2009 it's time to make a mark on this music industry in Cleveland! There is way to much talent in this city for us not to get respect and recognition out here! Kid Cudi is making moves which is awesome but there are plenty of underground artists who have gone unrecognized and that is unacceptable! People need to do there research and realize we do have a city full of entertainers who deserve to be noticed in the music game if you don't believe me check out the artists i have on my top friends and you will come to realize what potential we have in Cleveland"IT'S NOT ABOUT MONEY MAKIN' OR FAKING AN IMAGE, IT'S ABOUT LEAVING YOUR MARK ON THIS EARTH BEFORE YOUR TIMES FINISHED!" -JUS MIC
Was Nas right when he said Hip-Hop is dead...? I think Hip-Hop isn't dead i think the the industry has taken a 180 degree turn towards watered down club hits! Which isn't completely bad except that artists like Joe Budden DO NOT get recognition for what they do and a lot of underground emcees have no love from anyone even in there own cities! Then Nas released "Hero" which was an anthem for artists to give people a person to look up to and now the state of the country is in a lot of trouble. Do not forget that we now have the first African American president ever & a Democrat is in the white house finally so Hip-Hop needs to make a positive approach to the music! Please lets save Hip-Hop!
