I think who I am can be best described by what I want.I want to grow each day in mind, body and spirit. I want to be stronger, faster, wiser, more articulate, more disciplined with more understanding of everything and just plain better.This mission translates into my diet, activity level and the very way that I think. I truly feel that by being the very best of everything possible is the greatest honor I can give to God. The tattoo on my chest is my only tattoo. It means mind body and spirit as a permanent reminder to avoid stagnation which will lead to depression - the most dreadful side effect of dodging your dreams.My blog is an amalgamation of my religious and philosophical beliefs but I make sure that every message translates easily to to all faiths and even atheists as the extreme majority of my closest friends are atheist. Please, feel free to read and post there.
