Born in California raised in Washington back to California returned to Washington. Still here, love to travel I started playing the drums when I was about 9 when my oldest sister let some friends of hers rehearse in our basement. The folks would leave town and the party started, I was the kid playing the theme for Hawaii 5/0 half drunk on Keg beer. In about 6th grade there was a small group of us who listened to FM radio and had older siblings from the 60s as roll models, We slowly found each other over the summer transitional period between grade school and JR high. Discovering Sex, Drugs & Rock and Roll my aspirations for being a professional baseball player went out the window. I started playing in bands all over the east-side and Seattle. Still in my teens and unable to drink legally I was playing the local bar scene. We thought we were rock stars cause we had to stay backstage with our girlfriends and drink outta the extra guitar case. I look back and wouldn't trade that for anything. I don't think fame and fortune were the motive here, it was just something I did and enjoyed... BULLSHIT !!! I'm just saying that because I'm not rich and famous. Back in the early eighties I turned down a job with a little company called Microsoft and went to work with my fathers company doing finish carpentry, ( Pinnacle point in my life as I look back ). Worked in some of the most prestigious homes in the greater Seattle area and met a lot of interesting people doing that. In the late 80s I took my skills down to the Bay area and silicon Valley and carved out a niche musically and with several custom cabinet shops. Managed to negotiate a good wage and create a demand for my skills between the shops. I Started a band called Simeon Coin with a guitarist from Boston. We played different clubs from San Jose to San Francisco. I lived literally around the corner from the Shoreline Amphitheater In mountain view Ca. Got ticket sales one day before everyone else and watched as the influx of bands from the Seattle grunge scene came through. Got back stage at several shows and got to see old friends from Seattle who made it big. Another reflection, ( missed the boat from Seattle ). In 1991 my Dad became seriously Ill and I got to spend 2 awesome weeks with him before he passed. That's when I decided that California was fun but I need to be with family as were my fathers last wishes. I came back and remodeled my parents cabin which is where my mother decided to retire from the school district. Spent the next ten years living out in the wilderness, building homes in my neighborhood and playing in an Original band in Seattle and Everett. I later joined up with 2 brothers I used to jam with when we were 18-19 We found a front man from LA named Jennifer. She and I fell in love and created a beautiful girl together. Now I just concentrate on building a financial future for my daughter. some day her mother will let me be a father.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET? People who have been around the block a few times, doesn't necessarily mean old people, just people that can remember the Golden rule and think before they speak. I admire people who create Drama in their work, whether it be writing, acting, directing, music , painting or any kind of art. But keep it on the page don't bring it home to the family. That's for the Jerry Springer guests. Had my fill of that with the mother of my daughter. I prefer the peaceful semi educated type but not too educated... Don't like stuffy peeps. I have a list of folks in my mind, but it really just comes down to who crosses your path at what stage in life and has a connection with you. I think there's a reason for everything and everyone and you just have to keep an open mind all the time... I've had some interesting things happen to me here on myspace. I think there's a unity here that hasn't come to fruition and we must cherish the freedom we have and not let any entity or worldly power control it. We are almost 240,000,000 strong world wide. living in peace. Lets get even stronger...... Remember the Golden rule and respect... It Works!......
