Mike Amend Project

The Mike Amend Project are the endevors of a professional flight dispatcher for a major airline who seeks his creative outlet. I have been playing guitar since 8th grade and dabbled with writing songs but never got serious until I put together a recording studio. I play guitar on most everthing with the exception of when I can get a friend to play a track here or there. With the help of Jim Burkman on bass and Mike Wright on drums, my songs take on life. For the most part I do all the engineering and producing. When it comes to mixing its nice to have another set of ears. I was fortunate enough to have Sean Clegg help with the lastest CD titled This One. My musical ambition is to get my songs placed in movie soundtracks and start playing locally. I hope to have a distribution method for the cd worked out soon so stay tuned.Thanks for listening, Mike
