About Me

Geoff has been writing songs since the age of 8 and performing since the age of 11, accompanying his singing with guitar and eventually adding keyboards, bass and percussion.
Geoff has entertained audiences at many classic music venues in Austin, including the Paramount Theatre, Auditorium Shores, The Oasis, Carlos n' Charlie's, Cedar Street, the University of Texas, and the One World Theatre.
Geoff has warmed up audiences for the likes of Kansas, Kenny Loggins, Eric Johnson, Jose Feliciano, Earl Klugh, Strunz & Farah, John Hammond, Guy Forsyth, Jerry Jeff Walker, the Temptations, and Tower of Power; playing with various bands or by himself, Geoff has also accompanied or shared the stage with Van Wilks, Lisa Tingle, Mark Andes, Mark Lennon, Josh Smith, Nancy Kampe and more.
Having played in the Texas All-State Jazz Band during high school days and going on to study music at the University of North Texas (back when it was called NTSU), Geoff most appreciates strong, rich melody and harmony and "chords with more than three notes in them". Geoff has balanced this education with a great deal of self-taught instruction from being blessed with a good ear. A perfectionist at heart, he slaves away at his music until it matches what is in his head, which is usually "never" (always striving though!).
Currently working on an album (or two), Geoff hopes to share his vision of great pop music with anyone who will listen.
