"A
howl rages out across the London skyline. The sound of wolf-like lifeforms
twisted and distorted from their human form. Through the haze of a cityscape,
glow the headlights of two oncoming nightrunners."
SAAR
The man and the mystery..before working with Sky, Saar worked as a professional top liner & 'ghost singer'...( filling up the lead vocal gaps for well known artists.. ) In addition to being the enigma behind many tracks, he has had international releases featuring his smooth vocals, under different names...
LOGAN SKY
Sky was previously a member of Riviera F . The band worked on many tracks in DD's studio with Nick Rhodes as producer. Logan played and DJed alongside Hot Chip, Ellen Allien, Ladytron, Client & Radioactive Man at venues all over Europe.
REVIEWS
"It’s a classic set up of keys and vocalist rather in the vein of a Vince Clark project think Yazoo or Erasure! We’re talking 80’s analogue here. If you’re a fan of glitchy electronica then get on this one" ( The PiX )
"This London duo craft glitchy, zappy, electro-static tracks, heavy on 80s analog synth and Mr. Roboto beats... "Rip It Out" by Saar & Sky could have easily been used in Back to the Future when Doc presents Marty with a DeLorean DMC-12" (Faith-Ann Young, RCRDLBL.com)
"They have nailed the sound of zooming around Monaco in a Ferrari pretty well.. A bit like if Mount Sims was given a good seeing to by Rick James!!" - DJ Fonteyn (M8 magazine / Nuke 'Em All)
"synth laden, beat driven electro music at its absolute finest. Drawing influences from 80's cracker pop, early Madonna and Dragon 32 graphics, Saar & Sky would not look or sound out of place alongside Michael J Fox on the set of Back to the Future. Hell Yeah!!" (Water Rats preview)
"The Art Disco reVOLT of the electrovisual popstarz. A 21st century Duran-Chic disco extravaganza" (Music Tourist Board)
