About Me

Hi Im DJ ASH, DJ on the north east's finest student radio station Newcastle Student Radio(NSR). I currenntly present a classic rock and metal show called Smash it up! Tuesday nights at 7pm only on www.nsrlive.co.uk, featuring music news, gig guides, reviews, album reviews entertainement news and exclusive interviews with upcoming and well established rock and metal bands. I am a huge music enthusiast and love to attend gigs, listen to music and interview bands. Most recently i have interviewed rock band The Stone Gods feat ex Darkness members Richie Edwards and Dan Hawkins when they supported Airbourne. Please view my gallery from the show below. Ive also interviewed heavy metal rock band Voodoo Six which played at this years Download Festival at Donington Park.Previously I've DJ'd on Middlesbrough's student radio station RADIO CCAD.
