a list of shit I dont like would be easier... NASCAR, country music, R&B, trailers, getting car sick, getting sunburned, just pain getting sick, being bored, dealing with self-rightous idiots, being told I'm wrong when I have the proof to back myself up, getting treated like a stupid girl/dumb blonde/object, double standards, bitches, ass holes, people that try to piss me off for fun and then lie to me, people that lie to me, cheaters (I've known a lot) and people that mistake someone being nice as wanting to fuck them. :)
This is such a strange question for me. I usually don't know who I wanna meet, I just meet people and they are either cool or not. I'm not into celebrity worship so I could really care less about meeting any of them. They are just regular people too. I guess I'd just like to meet more people like me.
The best way to class what I like is that I like good music. Sure lots of people use that as a cop out but I still have yet to find a genre that includes Primus, Rammstein, KMFDM, Pink Floyd, Beethoven, Lamb of God, Nine Inch Nails and Sarah Brightman just to name a few, a very very few. I'll make a list later, if anyone cares :)
I like pretty much anything like war movies, historical fiction or fact, science fiction or fact, action movies, horror movies, comedies etc... EXCEPT romantic movies, I really HATE me some chick flicks (including chick flicks that disguise themselves as romantic comedies, they make me feel like I've been tricked), and musicals. A good friend once told me there are pretty much 2 stances on musicals, you either love them or hate them, and I for one LOATHE them!!! I'll watch anything once and believe me, there are times I wish I hadn't... let's just say the Japanese can do some bizarre shit with a cartoon...
I honestly don't watch much in the line of mainstream tv. I blame my lack of attention span. I can't remember from one week to the next what shows are on when. One thing I can sit and watch for hours.... documentaries. I know it's geeky to most, but I LOVE me some documentaries :) Science, history, art, well anything is good as long as I can learn at least one thing from it. I watch cartoons too, once again for the short attention span. They are geared towards children, yes I know, but that's about my attention span :) One of my fav's right now is Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. That pic of mine is of a character from that show named Cheese. I like pretty much anything on Adult Swim too.
I know, I need to read more. Lets face it, an undergrad with a ton of research is one thing to turn you off reading... then follow that with a change in career field IMMEDIATELY after graduation and get stuck reading boring technical manuals (thank you microsoft for making the cure to insomnia). Once you read several thousand pages on Windows, it's hard to enjoy reading. I know if I get a good book it won't be so bad, but the forcing myself to sit and read just conjures up all the research and reading I've had to do in the past 10 years :( I've got a book to read, a couple in fact but I've always found something other to do that pick one up
Any one that has the balls to be themselves, even if everyone else thinks they're weird for it :)
