My debut novella, I STILL DO, explore the friendship and life of three ladies two African American women, Deborah and Leslie and one Hispanic woman. Deborah is an accomplished attorney who finds out that her past is not so far behind her. Leslie owns a child psychologist practice and suffers from trauma in her own childhood. Karen has two children and a failed marriage which has forced her to be a stay at home mom. At the same time these ladies are dealing with infidelity, betrayal, and deciding whether they even want to be loved at all. By the end of the story they have learned some things about themselves and their families that they never knew. However, they still come out on top.
