During a staff meeting, I was asked to describe myself with a picture and some color to my fellow middle school teachers. This is what I saw in my mind’s eye:Picture a bright yellow sun in a crystal blue sky, and then clouds slowly moving in and the sky suddenly turning gray. A few moments later, the sun shines through the dark clouds and the blue skies return.These few images symbolize the rise and fall of my energy during a school year. I am a passionate person, but I cannot say I am always full of energy. People often see me as being positive and energetic, but if you were to ask my wife, Theresa, you would learn that my energy level was like a roller coaster ride with many ups and downs.Did you notice I used the past tense, “was� I have found that by raising my glutathione levels by taking MaxGXL, that my energy is becoming more stable throughout the day.After work, I would come home feeling exhausted.
