About Me

MARIVALDO DOS SANTOS presents his own work after gaining experience and respect traveling the world playing with different artists and being a member of the STOMP show. From the world of Jazz, Pop and Brazilian music, he has worked with artists such as Steve Coleman, The Fugges (reunion tour 05), Wyclef Jean, Vinicius Cantuaria, Daniela Mercury, Ivete Sangalo, Carlinhos Brown and more. Using a percussive language, Marivaldo mixes electronic and dance beats with Afro Brazilian rhythms bring a unique flavor.
