Who am I???
I’m french, Iwas born in Bordeaux, but I have always been attracted to go abroad and meet people from different cultures... It started first in Bordeaux, when I joined the Flamenco group of Concha Castillo. I fall in love with Spain. Three years later I met my husband, who is Argentinian and fall in love with Buenos Aires and the tango. After studying in Lyon, I got a full tuition scholarship and moved to Pittsburgh, USA to do a Performer and a Master degree. It made me discover what is the American life and what was the "american freedom" people were talking about. I could study and play with wonderful people because of the generosity of the university and of a grant I got from the Wilkins family. I will never thank them and the Carnegie Mellon University enough for giving me this opportunity.
In 2008, I met Vahan Sargsyan, a wonderful person and pianist with whom I could share my passion for tea and sonatas for cello and piano..... and here is the program we played on June 12th 2008... Beethoven, Brahms and Debussy ....
What do I do when I don’t play cello?
I cook for my friends, drink a lot of tea, move the furnitures in my house ....
What’s now??????
We are moving back to the "old continent" after living 7 years in Pittsburgh, USA. I’ve always loved life in Europe and since life is short, we thought we should give it a try....
