Originally conceived while remaining original members Ben Wootton, Craig McLaren, and Tarek Elneweihi were attending Carson Graham Secondary School in North Vancouver, the band has seen a few of their members come and go over the years, but they finally seemed to have found a lineup that can’t be beat! Joining forces with ex-On Holiday singer Jamie G on rhythm guitar and ex-Art of Dying drummer Flavio Cirrillo on the kit, Exit This Side is now a super group stacked with talent in every position of the band.With a few tours under their belt, playing with such bands as Goldfinger, Billy Talent, Hedley, Default, Theory of a Deadman, Gob, Swollen Members, Static in Stereo, Wide Mouth Mason, DOA, SNFU, Dayglo Abortions, and many more, Exit This Side has developed a high energy, in your face live show that can't be ignored. They have just finished recording an album with the esteemed producer Gggarth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Trapt, Chevelle) and a little help from Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, NIN, 30 Seconds To Mars). The upcoming release promises to be their best work yet, and it is stacked with singles from beginning to end. Look out for these guys in the upcoming months, because if you've only just heard of them now, you will be sure to hear much, much more about these crazy boys from Vancouver!
