Slight Case Of Death

About Me

Chris and Gary had been casually playing music together for about 12 years before we started playing with Brimstone, a Lansing based metal band with Beau Joblonski and Mario McFadden now of Circle of Crows. Due to musical differences, we split in 2007. Chris and Gary moved along, looking to capture that certain sound that's missing from so much music now, the eerie feeling, subtle darkness, and real emotion that is so difficult to capture mixed with quality musicianship and deep lyrics that listeners can relate to and understand. After several guitar player switches, we finally got together with Don Blevins and John Sisler in 2008. In early 2009, we parted ways with Fred, due to the need to make a musical change. We then added Dan Hyden on Bass. We finally feel that all the pieces are in place to leave our mark on the local music scene and hopefully take it to the next level. If you haven't heard us live then come out and see a show. We put 100% into every performance. Hope to see you real soon.
