About Me

Rock for Rescue was founded to raise funds for (and awareness of) animal rescue with the generous cooperation of musicians, volunteers, fans and those in the music industry. As a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, 100% of funds raised benefit homeless animals in the Southern California area (hopefully, one day, all over the world!) RFR is NOT an animal rescue or shelter (though many of our members and volunteers are rescuers), we organize events and fundraisers in order to promote local private rescues and the wonderful work that they do.
