A singer and MC that stands out for her raspy voice and her flow, which merge to create melodies that blend with music, in her own funky and elegant manner.
Odille has shared the stage with renowned international artists such as Stantom Warriors, Wagon Cookin, Calix… and has performed at many festivals including "Summer Festival 2007", "Klubbers day 2008" and concert halls like "El Tren" in Granada, "Break Storm" in Barcelona, "Twist".ÃLVARO MARTÃNEZÃlvaro's creativity has always attracted everyone's attention, since he was a child. He was just nine years old when he first approached a mixer table and dishes in "Flexo Club", Cadiz.
He learned to scratch vinyl records before mixing them. Being campogibraltareño would help him to discover bands such as Run Dmc, The 2 Live Crew or Public Enemy, and later The Prodigy or Human Resource, thanks to the records and mixtapes owned by his friends from Gibraltar and Costa del Sol.
At the same time, he started to practice airbrushing, painting all kinds of illustrations in Harley's, SUVs and motorcycle helmets.
But his passion for new technologies applied to music would lead him to move to Madrid at only 18, where he has been working since.
In 1997, he started to work as a trainee in SintonÃa S. A. studios, where he gained digital post production, analog/digital recording and music production skills with Big Simon and Eduardo Ruiz, collaborating in records, radio spots production and television jingles.
During that same time, he played as DJ for the hard rock/crossover band "Not 4 us", he was resident DJ in the most underground clubs of Madrid, such as "The Noise" and "Nature", and he performed in a variety of festivals including in Benicassim FIB, in 2000 and 2002.
Then, he worked as a freelance producing music for TV commercials such as Terra ADSL, Fanta or Mercedes Class C.
In 2004, he won the "DJ One" magazine award for best national producer, under the pseudonym Deckage, which also used to launch several vinyl records on an international level including "The Intro Ep" (Overground Entertainment), catalogued as one of the best Nu School Breaks records of the season by some of the foremost record shops in the UK, "The Start Ep" (Logicalnoise Records), the first drum & bass record produced by a Spaniard according to Nu Urban, one of the world's top distributors of this genre. He has also made several bootlegs, such as the remix of "Slippery People" by "Talkin heads", which inspired Ashley Beedle, member of the famous British band X-Press 2, that would later reach number one with her single "Lazy". As a result of this, Ãlvaro received several offers from a number of record labels. Future Funk Squad (remixer of The Prodigy, Depeche Mode, Yazoo…) launched Deckage's single "Quartz Ep" through his label "Reconnect recordings" in 2005. He also worked as a remixer for Amaral (Virgin), remixing their songs "Toda la noche", "La Unión" and Cycle's "Confusion" (Subterfuge Records) among others, under the pseudonym "Wasa".
Ãlvaro has made a significant contribution to domestic market, collaborating with a number of bands, including "La Unión", "Diego Torres", "Sociedad alcohólica", "No me pises que llevo chanclas", "Las abuelas fumadoras", "The refrescos", "Juanito Makandé", "Merche Corisco", "Taera", "Roots Mama"…
He worked as a producer and keyboardist for the actress and singer Najwa Nimri for one year and a half.
Rebeka Brown has also required his services as a producer and DJ for her actual tour "Disco Dramah", along with Rafa Mendez (Fama).MEETING ON BOARDIt is a musical project born to both musicians in January 2008, resulting from a chance meeting in a train, travelling from Madrid to Algeciras, where they decided to join forces to produce original songs in a variety of styles and even remake well-known classics such as Bob Marley's "Jammin" and Jamiroquai's "Little L", among others.
Thenceforth, they have performed in several clubs and festivals throughout Spain and the Canary Islands such as "Costa de Músicas" Festival in Lanzarote, "Le Club" in Las Palmas, "Siroco" or "Le Swing Jazz Club" in Madrid, "El tren" in Granada, "Cortijo El Cartero" in El Palmar, "Caramelo" and "Templo" in Cadiz…Hosts and DJs Rodolfo Poveda and Tomás Fernando Flores back them up by playing their inedited songs in the Radio Nacional de España radio shows "Siglo 21", "Trópico Utópico" and "Sonideros" (Radio 3).
