About Me

DJ Rahdu and Supreme have successfully found a way to provide a voice for those who love nu soul, hip hop, acid jazz and rare grooves on mainstream radio. Their top ranking radio show mixes fun segements with listener interaction and celebrity interviews. They have interviewed highly esteemed artists as varied as rapper/actor MC Lyte, singer/songwriter Rahsaan Patterson, drummer John Manuel(RAMP) and producer/musician Larry Mizell. These interviews provide insight on everything from their creative process to that artist's favorite song. Segments include the popular, Sample This, Dope or Dogfood and The Soul Food Song of the Night. The Diamond Soul XXXperience has also spawned a monthly concert series that gives this market the opportunity to see their favorite artists perform live. Past performers include artists such as Eric Roberson, Anthony David, Julie Dexter and Goapele.
