I am the leader of the crew called 'The Penny Dreadfuls'. You have something we want, and we are coming for it! That's the basic law of being a Sky Pirate, right?
Let me tell you a little about myself. I am an avid collector of bad habits. I like to keep them on a shelf and take them down to show complete strangers. I also absolutely love music. I spend a lot of time listening to records aboard the Icarus, indulging in whatever habit I want to play with at the time.
My First mate and Pilot, Whisper Merlot, manages to keep my home away from a lack of home in the air. That is, with a little help from our resident mad scientist, Dr. Hugo Rapture and his experimental engines and modifications. Her Brother Alan is a never-ending pain and nuisance. Oh, and He's a Human Skull. General Caled is our Security and tactical adviser. He fought in the Great War as well. I don't know if he was fighting the right people though. I think he just fought whoever happened to be around at the time. Well, either way, he won! I've also acquired a young man calling himself West. He's a Doctor...in a witch sense, I suppose. He's welcome aboard my ship...so long as he keeps providing me with medicine. He has the BEST medicine! Also on board is our chef, Lucretia Dearfour. I don't know what to make of her...but I haven't gone hungry since she's been aboard! Last and most definitely not least is the lovely Petunia. She has a problem with my, shall we say, 'questionable' activities. I find it baffling as to why she keeps leaving. I find it less baffling as to why my valuables keep disappearing when she does.
I am currently trying everything to keep the Icarus going, which is harder than it sounds. We are currently trying to fix up the Icarus, which is Cloud Cutter Model with Grappler Modifications. But the Icarus is a fickle mistress...no such luck.
Now that I have introduced myself, maybe it will feel a little less violating when I come aboard your ship.
Because if there is one thing I've discovered, it's that Piracy works so much more effectively when you have name and face recognition. People are more relaxed when they are on a first name basis with their Marauders.
