Peace in the Streets Tour

About Me

Featuring cuts from some of Boston's most prominent veteran and up-and-coming artists, PEACEBoston hopes to amplify their mission of peace promotions and community healing.
Artists are contributing their own songs to the project, which also includes three commissioned pieces. "The P.O.P." (The Power of the Perfume) speaks to young women, engaging them to help address violence issues. Veteran MC and spoken word artist Lisa Lee, Mystyque, Letia Larok, and Kiki Breevlife grace the song.
Krumbsnatcha offers reasons why it's imporant to be sure that kids see their "21st Birthday", which is dedicated to the late cousin of PEACEBoston Founder Cindy Diggs, who lost his life to violence.
"The 10 Bean Commandments" is a beckoning by a team of top artists - Frankie Wainwright, Jaysaun, Krumbsnatcha, Lou Armstrong, Mr. Harvey, 360, and Chops and featuring narrations by Big CEO Red - about the code of the streets from a violence prevention stance; which has not been passed down to young people for some time.
