I began writing songs at the tender age of seven when my mother gave me my first guitar. I think I saw song writing as an escape when I started, like fantasy, infact I still do. My first songs were totally acoustic and recorded on an old Revox. It was a wonderful feeling recording it on to this old reel-to-reel tape, I was completely fascinated by it and started to experiment with it till I worked out I could start doing some sort of basic overdubs using a toy piano and other instruments that I started to collect. After being in and fronting many bands I am back where I began. Music gets me through life it always has and always will.
