HM157 is a beautiful historic two-story Victorian house in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. We are artistic gardeners, musicians, visual artists, ecological editors and sensational architects devoted to the propagation of positive possibilities and sustainable independence. We are starting to form our special events calendar, and will soon begin regular screenings of fun and inspirational films in addition to art happenings, lectures and classes.If you literally want to become more of a gardener, we welcome all who want to help manage the massive community permaculture garden that is waiting to be born. You will reap what you sow. We want everyone to leave healthier, wealthier, and wiser.Please let us know if you are interested in renting space here at the house for any of the above mentioned activities, or for event space.
