Telling Jonas

About Me

Raw talent, emotion, drive and passion are all words that could be used to describe the 4 members of Telling Jonas. With a writing style that appeals to the masses these 4 guys hope to take the world by storm with a sound that will surely make even the toughest of critics take notice. This band is comprised of Jeremy Scott (Lead Vocalist/Rhythm/Lead Guitars), Brian Steimy Steinmann (Harmonies/Rhythm/Lead Guitars), James Smylie (Bass), & Robert Greene (Drums/Percussion). This bands music is an eclectic collection of many styles and influences all rolled up in one killer package. When you listen to Telling Jonas you will hear subtle influences but we assure you that you will not find another band that sounds like these guys. Formed July 19th 2004 Telling Jonas took an arsenal of 11 songs to Producer Eric Delegard (Edgewater, Bowling for Soup, Deep Blue Something) and recorded 6 of those songs for an E.P. to be titled The Diner E.P. which is slated to be released March 5th 2005. This collection of songs takes you in to the mind of lead singer Jeremy Scott who finds inspiration in the people that surround him. From 57 (a song about criminal televangelists) to Angel (A song about an unforgettable fallen family member) to What You Want (A song about self discovery) you will certainly hear sincerity in every note as you relate to each song personally. For more information on Telling Jonas please visit http://www.tellingjonas.com For booking please email: [email protected]
