MONO EVENTS
Since February Virginia and Bahattin Cinar (Pentagonik) are presenting the Progressive/ Minimal House party series "MONO". It..s featuring DJs and Live acts such as Abe Duque, Gebrüder Teichmann, Martinez, Christian Burkhardt, Butch, Ray Okpara, Marc Poppcke and illustrated by the gorgeous installations of Wipemode who bring a great visual impact to each event.
"MONO" rocks every second month!

Virginia rockt seit vielen Jahren die schönsten Clubs und Festivals rund um die Welt. Das besondere an ihren Sets sind spontane Improvisationen- Electro, Minimal und Deep House Tracks, die mit Virginias warmer Stimme eine dynamische Verbindung eingehen.
Im Juni diesen Jahres veröffentlichen Abe Duque& Virginia die Single "Following My Heart" aus dem Album "Don..t Be So Mean"/ ADR/ Processing Records mit Mixen von DJ Hell und Tigerskin.
und Steve Bug feat. Virginia, "Trust in Me" auf Bugs Studio Album "Collaboratory"/ Pokerflat. Aus der Zusammenarbeit mit Marc Poppcke entsteht "See My Eyes" die im Mai mit einen Remix von Sei A auf Darkroom Dubs veröffentlicht wird.
Ihr erstes Popalbum "Twisted Mind" produziert Virginia unter dem Projektnamen "Virginia Nascimento" 2008 mit der Frankfurter Techno Legende Stevie B-Zet (Sven Väth, Eye-Q Records, Schallbau) auf Pias/ Rough Trade. Dessen erste Single Auskopplung "Frankfurt" erscheint in einer Remixversion von Butch.
Die Single "From Above" eine weitere Zusammenarbeit wird im Frühling 2009 auf Area Remote veröffentlicht. Die Follow Up Single von Butch& Virginia erscheint im Herbst 2009!

MONO EVENTS
Seit Februar 2009 veranstalten Virginia und Bahattin die Progressiv/ Minimal House Partyreihe „MONO“ in Berlin, Riga und Köln. Die Auswahl an DJ..s und Live Acts und ist handverlesen: Abe Duque hat die Reihe eröffnet und u.a. die Gebrüder Teichmann, Butch oder Martinez haben schon dort gespielt. Illustriert wird das Event von den Installationen der Videokünstler Wipemode die jeder Mono besondere Visuals verleihen.
MONO findet jeden zweiten Monat im statt.
