Music is what stayed in the heads of four guys from "Norma Gin" from the day they were born. And in 2007 they got together and decided to share these sounds with people. Fortunately, everyone had his own thing on his mind so the output had something very special in it - dirty garage sound crossing the soft vocals and lots of electronic samples. Each new song can become either a lyrical ballad or a crazy dancing hit. Their music took something from "Arctic Monkeys", a little bit from "Mumiy Troll" and some "Radiohead" flavour. But in the end every song becomes unique and original. Unlike the majority famous russian indie acts Norma Gin write songs in russian. It gives the possibility to be more honest in what they want to express.
..The main advantage of the band is their live perfomances. Shock, grotesque and madness are just words that can't give even a half of impression of what's going on during their shows. Increadible energy unites musicians and the crowd, and the rest of the world around just disappears.
The band yet released only one EP "In the head", which they supported with gigs in their native town and also in Moscow. Now "Norma Gin" regularly plays different venues and continues to work on the new stuff. The guys' nearest plans, besides trivial world reign, include wide experiments with electronic sound and more unusual, interesting perfomances. Is your mind still with you? It's not for long.
