About Me

I guess this is the part where I tell you a little about myself? I'll start by telling you I was raised in Denver until I was about 12, then moms got a job which moved us to the mountains in a town call Frisco it..s in summit county ie. Breckenridge, Silverthorn, Copper Mt. some of you have no clue of what I..m talkin about, but that..s ok I had never heard of it either before then. It..s basically a resort town where people ski, snowmobile and stuff like that during the winter months. Anyhow, I lived there for about a (1)year before my dad felt he needed to do the whole Boyz..N the Hood thing, thinking I should live with him because I needed a male figure in my life(I don't blame him) thus moving me to Aurora, Co where I lived until I graduated from Rangeview H.S.... That..s when things got a little tense... for some reason I got the WILD idea to join the military and served 3 years in the Marine Corps. During that time I lived in North Carolina, Japan, Korea, and California... California..s Camp Pendelton is where I was court martialed and kicked out of the Marines "You can..t handle the truth!"('A Few good Men' for those movie goers) I was sent to the "brig" (military jail) for 30 days then discarged from the service with an Other Than Honorable discharge for refusing to take the anthrax shot. This shot was to protect us from anthrax virus kinda like the flu shot x10. I wasn..t too keen on taking the shot considering the track record of the military..s experimental drug testing i.e. Tuskegee airmen, agent orange and god knows what else. Pretty crazy huh? Anyway, somehow through the midst of all this, I managed to earn a football scholarship to the University of Southern Utah, where I graduated in the summer of ..05 as a Theatre Major.
After all the school was done I'm planed on moving back to California to contine the pursuit of my dream of becomimg an actor...but instead found myself landing a cameraman position at Girls gone Wild (talk about a crazy time in my life)... yeh i know... it's probably safe to say just by reading that you'll have already made some sort of assessment about who I am, and what I do... usually if you're a guy: (1) you'll think I have one of the coolest jobs in the world... you're probably right! :) (2) hate me because of what I do. Now if you're a girl: (1) you'll think I must have the best job in the world for a guy. (2) Hate me for what I do... if your not familiar with what i do... refer to 1 or 2 I'm sure you'll fit into one of the categories... Now how DID I come to land a job like that, you ask? one of many questions that I hear in a given night... well we'll get back to that some other time! :) So I guess i can tell you that was all before I came accross the Homless Service Coalition and it changed life from full time party-animal to a full time social worker for homeless youth living in Los Angeles; a record number of children sleep on the streets of L.A. every night without even a simple bed to ley there heads over five thousand(5,000+) to be more specific and that's a guesstimation probally closer to six or seven(6,000/7,000) that are between the ages of 12-17! Moreover, just to paint a larger picture on the problem out here, there are over 80,000 homeless people in the county of L.A. (which is by the way the homeless capital of the entire contry) 20,000 of the homeless are women, 10,000 are the youth. to put that into prespection for ya S.F., Chicago, and N.Y. make up just a little over hafe the entire populaion of homeless people that live here in L.A. (if you want to call it living) more like surviving here on a daily basis. anyhow this experience has, what can i say changed my life! (no doubt) so now that i'm no longer touring the "wild" country (which was a trip) i have now found a new jouney to embrace and a new journey ahead of me, saving the lives of homeless childern along the way! If you get a chance check out this web address and tell me what you think? *lahsc.org* Did you catch all that? :)
Do you think I wrote enough? :)
Now that I?ve given you a life story about myself, I guess I can end this thing, although some of ya..ll have messages from hell!!! and I don..t want to become one of the "here read my novel" people, and you know who I..m talking about....DAMN!! I..m sorry but there is no reason to have a ten thousand word essay about yourself explaining what men or women need to know in order to talk to you! just hit me up if you have any questions! damn! I guess i'm one of those people aren't I? :Oo
Thank you for visiting and I hope to hear from you soon!
