Kirk Bailey is a soprano, alto and tenor saxophonst/songwriter. As a performer he has played with countless artists including the late great Charles "CI" Williams, Stanley Turrentine, Jeffrey Osborne, Freddie Jackson, The Persuaders, Meli'sa Morgan, Horace Brown, and many others.There have been countless bands that have labeled themselves after his unit, however there is only one "Original Next Level Band".They had their debut at "The Manhattan Proper" in Queens, New York. Since then, The "Original Next Level Band" has been performing nationwide for a variety of artists and events.The band can range from 1-8 pieces depending on the venue. They are available for a variety of events including cocktail hours, weddings, club dates and corporate events. Most recently, the band has been hired to back up many inspiring Hip-Hop/R&B & Jazz artists and have received rave reviews."Three simple words can describe this unit: "Smooth, Funky and Versatile".As an artist, performer, and musician. Kirk's goals are to continue to learn, grow, and to touch lives positively through sax and his bands music."Music is my therapy and life blood.
