Who's On Tv is a band formed in 2008, composed of four lads from Laguna and Cavite, who likes music with good tunes, banging beats, witty and interesting lyrics.Influenced by bands such as The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Interpol, Bloc Party, Libertines, Franz Ferdinand and other garage/post-punk revival/indie bands..
