Hellbound Cats

Hellbound Cats are a rockabilly/psychobilly trio based in the Inland Empire, California and have been together for one year now and have accomplished so much for playing there first year. The original members are Andy Cardenas, Frankie Cardenas and there closes friend. The band began as a traditional Rockabilly band, but then grew into there own originality, which is what they call "Triple Carb Rockabilly." Hellbound Cats have traveled down to Vegas, Bakersfield and many other cities. They have played events such as Bo Huffs own Rockabilly 66, Long Beach Car show 6, Key club, Beach bums, "Rebel Rumble" The Roxy, Blue Cafe in Longbeach and many bars and house parties all over the So-Cal. The boys plan to play as long as the devil himself lets them. They hope to make a career out of the Hellbound Cats
As young mexican americans, they grew up listening to the same old ranchera and banda music, once they got a lil' older the Rocakbilly entered there scene from relatives and close friends. There wasn't any Rockabilly bands that had a mix in spanish, so the boy's replied, that's where the Rockabilly in spanish came into role along. The true sound of the Hellbound Cats is a sound that amazes everone. They have an amazing stage presence, a positive attitude and a fresh show. and man do they put on a hell of a show. "It"s the Rocakbilly guitar, slap bass and drums all mixed with the speed of punk, and the sweet old school sound of that rocakbilly voice." The boys' call it Triple Carbed Rockabilly.
Hellbound Cats do both spanish and english lyrics to keep the cool cats and gals' happy. Hellbound Cats music is all about cruizin', boozin, satan, and of course, you pretty gals out there, they've got you covered, Hellbound Cats hope to keep rockin' as long as the Rocakabilly and the custom car culture exists. With a little support they will do just fine.
