In a world where artist are no longer appreciated for their abilities but used as pawns in a strategic game of wealth, Team Rsinal rises above and takes time to make successful, dedicated, and ambitious artists. Taking the road less traveled Team Rsinal has become an independent company who dabbles in all parts of entertainment and is currently on the verge to changing the face of the music industry as we know it.
It began as a dream. Two men by the name of Jeff “Pay$oz†Chery, and Frantz “Teks†Chery took a past time activity and turned it into a business. Not only were they passionate about music, but being products of a hip-hop driven environment inspired them. They felt compelled to not become another imitation of the current music industry, but emerge as their own entity. So in 2005 they created the name Team Rsinal and the rest was history.
The ideas that Pay$oz and Teks shared became a reality. Pay$oz, a rapper and Teks, serving as his manager combined their talents and began their movement. Pay$oz who had planned on attending St. Johns University, was advised by Teks to pursue a career in rapping. Pay$oz then proceed to take the money he had saved up, and they used it to make a small studio in Teks home basement. Promptly after constructing the studio they began producing Pay$oz’s music. Though his first mixtape did not as well as hoped; his second became a vital part in establishing him as an artist. Last of a Dying Breed which was produced in 2006 got recognition on not only MTV’s Mixtape Monday, but also an exceptional review from RapMullet.com for his unique style which challenged others in the industry to match his lyrical capacity. This prompted Teks and Pay$oz to come out with website’s that helped further Pay$oz individual career but also set the foundation for Team Rsinal as a company.
They shared their vision with others and soon Team Rsinal became more than just music. Teks the Chairman of the Board and Pay$oz the President were soon joined by others. Sanz “S.Dot†St. Louis(CMO) handles public relations, advertising and promotion, and influences the other members of the organization to maintain focus; Dudley “D†Pierre(COO/Treasurer)responsible for design, develop, and discovers ways to improve the company; Harley “Classic†Romelus (V.P.) is in constant communication with the CEO and President; Robert “CP†Chery (CEO) who is informed and active in all portions of the company, and Robert “Ace†Baez (CFO) who is the strategic financial advisor, and problem solver, soon became additional members to this elite force.
Presently, Team Rsinal is expanding with the addition of three new female members Hensley Resiere, Valeri Jean-Pierre, and Ashley Henry who currently act as JVP’s. Furthermore we are exploring other options for the company to grow such as a new female directed website called “the A-listâ€, a fashion line, and obtaining more artists. Team Rsinal symbolizes the ability to overcome any obstacle and, the strength that unifies the individuals in the company. Never to be underestimated Team Rsinal will continue to bring new life to an industry that has long forgotten the importance of artist appreciation.
