I am here for Friends

About Me

First and foremost, I love my wife Evelyn (it's still weird to say that), hanging out with friends, making people laugh, making people cry (from laughing of course), movies, tv, games, and of course the best thing since sliced bread: sliced bread - delicious.

My Interests

Custard?

I'd like to meet:

Reconnect with old friends, and remain connected to current ones. Celebrity-wise: R.E.M., Steven Spielberg, Ben Stiller, Conan O'Brien, and many others. And of course, R.E.M. Did I already mention R.E.M.? Oh well. R.E.M. They are high on the list.View All Friends | View Blog | Add Comment

Music:

I like R.E.M., Weezer, Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam, R.E.M., movie score soundtracks, Jason Mraz (he's really funny), Matchbox 20, They Might be Giants, and of course, R.E.M.

Movies:

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Saving Private Ryan, Rushmore, The Parent Trap (1998), The Back to the Future Trilogy, Mary Poppins, and countless others.

Television:

I'm currently watching The Office, Lost, and Heroes. But I still check out Arrested Development (one of the greatest shows ever), The (British) Office, Wings, Scrubs, The Simpsons, Mystery Science Theater 3000, and I'm sure many others.

Books:

I once read a book in college. Or maybe it was the Cliffs notes. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm not much of a book reader. For example: I like the Harry Potter movies. People who have read the books will always tell me that I should read the books first because they are so good and almost always better than the movie. My point exactly. Why would I want to read the book if it's gonna make me disappointed in the movie? Therefore, I watch the movie instead :)

Heroes:

Justin Worsham... One of the greatest comedians of all time... and my hero.

Wedding Day

It's 1:45am on my wedding day, and I can't sleep. I've been in bed for nearly 2 hours now so I think I'm either nervous or I just can't stop thinking about stuff.  I mean, I can usually fall as...

What a Tree...

I just happen to have a window-esque cube at work.  Usually, every time I walk to my cube or away from it, I look outside.  Now, the outside view is not the most attractive view.  It's ...

Tom Cruise at Yahoo!

Well, this was an interesting day at work.  Our presence was graced (after 2 hours of waiting) with Tom Cruise (and a pregnant Katie Holmes - the rumors are true!)  He seems like an OK guy.&...

This could be our new mailbox

ah... the engaged life

Well, I finally did it.  It took almost 5 years, but I did it.  I finally popped the question.  And in that time span, Evelyn and I have seen at least 3 or 4 couples meet, date, and mar...
