Paulo has been in the hairstyling industry for over eighteen years. At the beginning of his career, he was personally trained by his mentors Irvine and Louise Rusk, inventors of the Rusk Cutting Method. With Rusk, he traveled the world sharing the methods of cutting and coloring with stylists. He opened his first salon, OMO24 Hair Studio, at the age of 24 in Los Gatos, CA.
