This young energetic threesome is truly the party starters and trendsetters of Northern California. Not only were these artist responsible for the trend stunna shades but they branded "ghost ride the wipe". Although they were all seeded in the bay area, where the hyphy movement was rooted, Sacramento is where the group resides and spawns their music. The name Sumthin Terrible was given to them by the late MAC DRE who worked with the group countless times before his passing. The very popular "Hyphy Dance" was one of the songs Sumthin Terrible worked on with MAC DRE among many others. They have worked with Mistah Fab, Keak da Sneak, San Quinn, E40 and many more. The sound is a mixture of club bangers and turf music with a gangsta twist appealing to the masses. Sumthin Terrible definitely owns a sound like no one else out now. With two albums already in stores, their debut album, "Sumthin Terrible" released under Thizz ENT in 2002 and the now classic "Turf Tested Hood Approved" released under their own label Stupid ENT. in 2006, Sumthin Terrible has proven their experience in the rap industry. Their third highly anticipated break through album "U Stupid" is set to drop early next year but before that, their mix tape "Owners, Modern Day Stoners" hosted by Demolition Man is hitting the streets this fall to give a taste of what's to come.
