So it's about time that I update this thing...I bet it's been at least 2 years and a lot has changed!!!Justin & I were married August 22, 2008 in Wasilla, Alaska. It was a beautiful and unforgettable day for us. Whoever said planning a wedding wasn't hard was definitely smoking crack! Justin asked me to marry him New Years Eve and I bought my dress and the flower girls dresses the next day!! I really felt that I had to get the major details signed and sealed and the little things purchased before I left to Greece in May. People thought I was crazy but man did I show them when the wedding day came and I was prepared. I am so thankful to all the friends who helped me out....I couldn't have done it alone.
While planning our wedding Justin and I were able to grow closer together. One evening I was working on the planning and Justin looked at my "to do" list and asked if there was anything he could do to help..what a man! I handed him the list and said, "you can do any of the things on this list" he asked to plan the menu, design the flowers, design the cake and take care of the get-away-car. (he ended up doing more than he planned on doing but in good spirits!) Justin blew me away with everything that he did! I am so very blessed to have him in my life!
I am still in school...taking Anatomy & Physiology, Chemistry, Theater & Sociology....I tell you I can't wait to be done with school! oh and HEY,HEY I MADE THE DEANS LIST FALL & SPRING SEMESTER last year!!! I praise the Lord that Justin’s business does well enough that I don’t have to really work. Justin is a great provider. If I had to work full time I would'nt be able to focus on school as much...THANK YOU BEEBIE!
I care about others and I love adventures. Heights frighten me however rock climbing has become a passion. I am not afraid of a challenge, I try to take life as it comes and I love my natural self. I am not innocent but I am beautiful, kind-hearted and pure. I find joy in others happiness and the little things in life. I want to make everyone around me feel good about themselves.
Being as kind and "good natured" as I am people have hurt me in the past however I have ALWAYS picked myself back up and learned from the situation. I am strong. I understand that I am not perfect. I try to see the good in the bad which is a talent I wish more people had.
I don’t know how to only give half of myself. At the end of everyday I think about how I could have done it better, and apply everything that I learned for the next day to come.
I have goals in life and I will conquer them.
I have been places, I have seen beautiful things and I have lived life however I am not done living yet.
One day I will become something really great.
I want people to be good to me. I want honesty even though it might hurt me. I want to know somebody and be friends with them 20 years down the road.
Everyday I become a better person.
I love my friends and show them in many ways that I am loyal to them always; I just don't have a lot of "friends." My definition of a true friend as it turns out is not the same as many other peoples'.
I like to believe that there is nobody out there like me!
