Dead Radio Regime

About Me

If you like violent, blatantly electronic industrial techno music...this is what Dead Radio Regime is all about! Why this name? Sounds good...fits the music. Partly poking fun of todays pop radio programming, which is just plain boring.Band History: Dead Radio Regime is the brainchild of David Smith. Mainly an outlet for experimenting with electronics, synths and noise.our influences? Skinny Puppy, Front 242, Killing Joke, Throbbing Gristle, Ministry, Thomas Dolby.Favorite spot? The Cayman IslandsEquipment used: Lots of synths - Roland Fantom X, Equinox, software synths- CS80V, Pro 53, MiniMonsta, Imposcar, Oddity, Superwave, Transcender, Protowave...lots of software synths and some of my own made up soft synths. Sonar Producer is my main recording platform.Anything else...? Experience the real Jesus. I'm not talking about the corporate machine that blindly promotes for mass profit a version of Him that is so vastly different from the real Jesus. I'm talking about the Jesus who teaches us to love our neighbors like ourselves. If we could ever learn to do that, this world would be at peace.
