The next several weeks offer a critical opportunity for the American people to express their First Amendment Rights on health reform. Everyone is entitled to an opinion regarding something so personal and so critical to their individual future and the future of this nation.We are facing key votes in September on a healthcare bill that could dramatically alter the way we obtain health care coverage and the quality of care. The Democrats’ proposal is now more than 1,000 pages yet few in Congress have read the bill in its entirety.In fact, Congressman John Conyers, a Democrat and Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, recently said: “What good is reading the bill if it’s a thousand pages and you don’t have two days and two lawyers to find out what it means after you read the bill?”
