Adairville, KY 7/26/08 Show~Kountry Karen~ is a fiddle player from the country amongst the farms in Michigan across from Canada. Born April 3rd, 1981, she was raised way out in the middle of nowhere amongst the farming community 7 miles from Lake Huron. At age 6 she became a homeschooled student up until the age of 18. She fell in love with the violin at around age 12 but it wasn't until age 22 when she first took it up. All of her teachers said that she was a born natural and very talented. In September 2007 she decided to take the ultimate leap in life and blindly move down to Nashville only 2 months after she decided to do so. It was the best move she ever made in my entire life.The recordings you hear is the very first time working in a small studio for her. It's all new and I still have ALOT of work to do before I'm anywhere near the professional level. Keep in mind she's only been playing for 4 years with no prior experience.
