Multi- talented R&B/Pop Singer, Young Marquis is back-flipping onto the scene showing his astonishing songwriting, street dancing, production, acting and vocal skills.
The 17-year old phenom excels above many other R&B artists because of his ability to produce and write for himself as well as other artists in and out of his age bracket. Marquis has captured the love of many different audiences. He is embraced by the hearts of adoring high school fans as well as the hearts of the grown and sexy. To kick-start his career his debut single "Take It To The Floor Feat. Fatman Scoop has swarmed the radio airwaves as well as smashed the party scene. But that's not all, his recent CD The Jump off E.P;which was released last summer; has also exploded his fan base to a nation-wide level.
The teen singer/songwriter already has music professionals in the industry backing his career From Grammy nominated super producer NOTTZ (Swizz beats, Kanye West,Trey Songz,The Game,Lil Wayne & More) To Well-Known legendary DJ Cut Creator (LL Cool J).
As for his gift for songwriting and producing, the teen has written and submitted hit songs for artists in the likes of Chris Brown, Donnie Klang, Beyonc'e, J. Holiday, Ne-Yo, Rihanna and tons of others. His music production style is a very unique style that could never be compared to any other producer in the game. From Hip Hop to R&B; from R&B to Country, Marquis is never limited when it comes to being creative.
In addition; his electrifying dance styles influenced by, Omarion, Usher, Shane Sparks & Dave Scott, (You Got Served, Step Up 2) & Michael Jackson, the young star has always had a passion for dancing ever since he was a child.
