About Me

Around the age of five Rob remembers lying in the bed of his father’s pickup truck cranking up the A.M. radio. He discovered early on his love of music. Performing every chance he could in school plays and musicals. "Not a dry eye in the crowd" according to his teachers. During high school, Rob continued exploring his singing opportunities, taking choral music.
Once graduating and joining the Navy it became a little more difficult to get the chance to sing and perform. Rob sang the National Anthem for the Mississippi Seawolf hockey team at the Gulfport Coliseum. He also found local karaoke bars to perform and attended open-mic nights. In San Diego, he quickly came upon a club on base called "Anchors and Spurs", where every Friday and Saturday night, Rob would sing for crowds of about 100. About a month later Rob was asked to perform solely on Wednesday nights. Singing a 6 to 8 song set. This continued until he was deployed.
Rob continued to sing for the Navy every chance he could. At every port he would search the local clubs and bars until he would find a place to sing. Entering and placing in many talent contests. While stationed in Souda Bay, Greece, he performed at festivals and events.
Then it was on to Monterey Rob had finally found a place to really have the opportunity to showcase his talents. Every Tuesday night the local radio station would host country night and would bring in top recording artists to do an acoustic show and then judge the nights karaoke show. Rob got to perform for the likes of Chris Cagle, Josh Turner, Sammy Kershaw, Clay Walker and several other artists.
In 2007 Rob changed branches from the Navy to the Army. His training brought him to Fort Lee in Virginia where he started performing at the Hideaway which led to his recording in Nashville in June of 2008.
Rob is currently stationed at Fort Stewart in Georgia with the 26th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division.
Rob is married to his wife of 3 years Kirstin with whom he has 2 sons, Brody, and Ryder. Rob also has an 8 year old daughter, Sierra.
